At Purplewave, we always celebrate our team's dedication, hard work, and exceptional achievements. This quarter marked a significant milestone as we organised our first-ever company-wide quarterly award function. The aim was to recognise and applaud the efforts of our employees who have shown exemplary performance and commitment to our mission.
Honouring Excellence: Our Q1 Stars
Our inaugural award function was a memorable event, kicked off by our Managing Director, Mr. Manoj Singh. In his inspiring address, Mr. Singh shared the story behind the sudden inception of this celebration. He emphasised the importance of recognising the contributions of our sales team, highlighting that this quarter was the first time we set sales targets as a company and how a target acts as a holistic performance booster.
Mr. Singh's message was clear: the journey of setting and striving for goals is as important as the achievements themselves. He encouraged us to learn from both our successes and setbacks, using these experiences to drive better performance in the ongoing quarters.
Adding to the event's significance, our Managing Director, Mrs. Sandhya Singh, was also present to show appreciation for everyone's efforts. Her acknowledgement of the team's hard work further underscored our commitment to a culture of recognition.
